释义	法律分析：留职察看是指:在一定考察期内,保留现有职务不变,考察期满,符合条件撤销处分,不符合条件的予以辞退.。法律依据：《中华人民共和国公务员法》第六十一条公务员因违纪违法应当承担纪律责任的，依照本法给予处分或者由监察机关依法给予政务处分；违纪违法行为情节轻微，经批评教育后改正的，可以免予处分。对同一违纪违法行为，监察机关已经作出政务处分决定的，公务员所在机关不再给予处分。第六十二条处分分为：警告、记过、记大过、降级、撤职、开除。
