释义	不能。因为消费者权益保护法所保护的消费者总处在弱者的地位，而知假买假者不同，其在购买商品前已经了解经营者出售的商品的真实情况，而在买卖关系中并不处于弱者的地位，可能会使其获得与其劳动付出不相符的收益，有悖公平原则，所以不应认定为消费者。知假买假者在消费过程中并非欺诈的受害者，因而也不能获得双倍赔偿。法律依据《中华人民共和国消费者权益保护法》第四十九条、第五十五条
