问题	离婚协议书能否变更
释义	(一)领取离婚证后，离婚的双方当事人以正当理由要求变更子女抚养关系或者增减子女抚养费、经济帮助金额的，可向原受理离婚登记的婚姻登记管理机关申请变更协议，填写自愿离婚变更协议书。(二)婚姻登记管理机关经审查属实的，应当准予变更，并在自愿离婚变更协议书上加盖婚姻登记管理机关专用章。(三)变更协议限定受理一次。再次要求变更协议的，婚姻登记管理机关不予受理。当事人可以依据《中华人民共和国民事诉讼法》的规定，向人民法院提起民事诉讼。
