释义	法律分析：个人是可以携带香烟上飞机，但是有严格的数量限制，飞机上可以带多少烟？超过规定数量就只能申请携带证或分次携带。否则就会受到相应的处罚。法律依据：《国家烟草专卖局关于规范异地携带卷烟管理和携带证使用的通知》第一条个人乘坐车、船、飞机等交通工具，跨地(市)携带卷烟的最高限量为每人次1万支(50条)。个人在最高限量以内携带卷烟，不需办理携带证明。第八条烟草专卖局对无携带证超过个人携带最高限量以及超过携带证规定数量异地携带卷烟的，参照对无准运证运输卷烟违法行为的处罚规定处理。
