释义	法律分析：终审裁定后认为或者被发现确有错误的，可以申请再审。各级人民法院院长对本院已经发生法律效力的判决、裁定、调解书，发现确有错误，认为需要再审的，应当提交审判委员会讨论决定。当事人对已经发生法律效力的判决、裁定，认为有错误的，可以向上一级人民法院申请再审。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民事诉讼法》第一百九十四条申请司法确认调解协议，由双方当事人依照人民调解法等法律，自调解协议生效之日起三十日内，共同向调解组织所在地基层人民法院提出。
