释义	法律分析：中华人民共和国公安部令第6号国务院授权我部修改的《仓库防火安全管理规则》，已经一九九0年三月二十二日公安部部务会议通过，现予发布施行。法律依据：《仓库防火安全管理规则》第一条为了加强仓库消防安全管理，保护仓库免受火灾危害，根据《中华人民共和国消防条例》及其实施细则的有关规定，制定本规则。第二条仓库消防安全必须贯彻“预防为主，防消结合”的方针，实行谁主管谁负责的原则。仓库消防安全由本单位及其上级主管部门负责。
