释义	法律分析：女子在出嫁后，如果户口迁到男方家庭居住地未分得承包地的，出嫁女依然享有娘家土地的使用权。出嫁女的娘家人和原村集体不能剥夺其拥有的土地权利；如果出嫁女未将户口迁出，且在（娘家）原村有承包地，只要她户口不迁，就将永久享有该承包地的使用权和继承权。法律依据：《中华人民共和国农村土地承包法》第六条有这样的规定：农村土地承包，妇女和男子享有平等的权利，任何组织和个人都不能剥夺、侵害妇女应当享有的土地承包权，这就是说出嫁女在原户籍所在地也享有土地承包权和继承权。
