释义	没有区别。国税局是税务局的一种，主要管理增值税、消费税、车辆购置税、部分企业的企业所得税等，国地税已经合并，没有国税局，只有税务局了中央的叫国家税务总局。法律依据《中华人民共和国税收征收管理法》第五十三条国家税务局和地方税务局应当按照国家规定的税收征收管理范围和税款入库预算级次，将征收的税款缴入国库。对审计机关、财政机关依法查出的税收违法行为，税务机关应当根据有关机关的决定、意见书，依法将应收的税款、滞纳金按照税款入库预算级次缴入国库，并将结果及时回复有关机关。
