释义	法律分析: 私家侦探是一种以调查他人隐私为主要工作的职业，我国法律规定，公民具有隐私权，只有公安机关、检察院、法院等国家机构才有权力调查公民隐私，并且在调查的时候必须出具调查证明文件，否则是违法的。也就是说，“私家侦探”这种工作性质本身就属于违法行为，已经涉嫌侵犯他人隐私。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千零一十八条自然人享有肖像权，有权依法制作、使用、公开或者许可他人使用自己的肖像。肖像是通过影像、雕塑、绘画等方式在一定载体上所反映的特定自然人可以被识别的外部形象。
