释义	法律分析：强拆的程序是：拆迁人向房屋拆迁管理部门提出申请；房屋拆迁管理部门签署意见报市政府法制办作出限期拆迁决定书；送达决定书；拆迁人向公证机关办理证据保全；召开联席会制订执行措施并作好被拆迁人最后一次说服工作；张贴强拆公告；实施强制拆迁。法律依据：《行政强制法》第四十四条对违法的建筑物、构筑物、设施等需要强制拆除的，应当由行政机关予以公告，限期当事人自行拆除。当事人在法定期限内不申请行政复议或者提起行政诉讼，又不拆除的，行政机关可以依法强制拆除。
