释义	法律分析：已经成立但未生效的合同可以作为解除的对象，由于没有生效的合同在还不产生法律上的效力，也就不会产生法律上的权利义务，因此，是可以解除的。若是已经生效的合同，除非发生法律规定的法定事由，不然单方解除是要承担法律责任的，也就是说会承担合同的违约责任。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第五百六十二条当事人协商一致，可以解除合同。当事人可以约定一方解除合同的事由。解除合同的事由发生时，解除权人可以解除合同。
