释义	驾照还剩余6分属于正常情况，只要谨慎驾驶，不会有较大风险。法律规定只有12分全部扣完才有禁止驾驶的风险，只要还有1分，就可以正常驾驶。只不过要尤其注意不能闯红灯，不能在驾照暂扣期间驾驶，这种情况会扣六分，导致驾照无法使用。法律依据：《机动车驾驶证申领和使用规定》第六十八条机动车驾驶人在一个记分周期内累积记分达到12分的，公安机关交通管理部门应当扣留其机动车驾驶证。
