释义	法律分析：退学后可以复学。法律依据：《全日制普通高等学校学生学籍管理办法》第二十七条学生因某种原因须中途停学，但又不符合休学条件，经本人申请，学校批准，可保留学籍一年。保留学籍期满不办复学手续者，取消学籍。保留学籍的学生不享受在校生和休学生待遇。第三十一条一学期旷课超过50学时（旷课一天，按实际授课时间计）和在校学习期间擅自结婚而未办退学手续的学生，亦作退学处理。
