释义	股权被质押能不能重组投资者进行股权质押只是为了获得贷款，与重组无关。一旦重组方案通过，即便解除股权质押，也不会影响企业股权的重组事宜。《中华人民共和国企业破产法》第七十条债务人或者债权人可以依照本法规定，直接向人民法院申请对债务人进行重整。债权人申请对债务人进行破产清算的，在人民法院受理破产申请后、宣告债务人破产前，债务人或者出资额占债务人注册资本十分之一以上的出资人，可以向人民法院申请重整。第七十一条人民法院经审查认为重整申请符合本法规定的，应当裁定债务人重整，并予以公告。
