释义	在司法解释中定义14岁以上的女性称为妇女，未满14岁的男女称为儿童而在现实生活中，妇女常指有孩子的女性，大于14周岁称少女，14岁以下(含本数)称幼女，7岁以下称儿童。【法律依据】《最高人民法院关于拐卖人口案件中婴儿、幼儿、儿童年龄界限如何划分问题的批复》中规定：“六岁以上不满十四岁的为儿童”；而关于妇女年龄的界定，并无相关司法解释加以确定，因此在刑事司法领域，都将妇女的年龄扩大解释为已满14周岁，司法实践中亦是如此。
