释义	法律分析：公安机关传唤违法嫌疑人时，其家属在场的，应当当场将传唤原因和处所口头告知其家属，并在询问笔录中注明。被传唤人拒不提供家属联系方式或者有其他无法通知的情形的，可以不予通知，但应当在询问笔录中注明。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑事诉讼法》第一百一十九条第二款传唤、拘传持续的时间不得超过十二小时;案情特别重大、复杂，需要采取拘留、逮捕措施的，传唤、拘传持续的时间不得超过二十四小时。
