释义	法律分析：带薪年休假与探亲假是依据不同的规定，两个并不冲突。职工带薪年休假条例中并没有规定享受探亲假之后就不能享受年休假了，按照法无明文规定则不禁止原则，探亲假并不冲抵年休假，是可以同时享受的。法律依据：《职工带薪年休假条例》第三条职工累计工作已满1年不满10年的，年休假5天;已满10年不满20年的，年休假10天;已满20年的，年休假15天。国家法定休假日、休息日不计入年休假的假期。
