释义	法律分析：不会。不会分得拆迁款的，二房东顾名思义就是拿钱借别人的房子赚钱，财产不是二房东的。法律依据：《城市房屋拆迁管理条例》第十三条拆迁租赁房屋的，拆迁人应当与被拆迁人、房屋承租人订立拆迁补偿安置协议。也就是说拆迁公有租赁房屋的，拆迁人要和房屋的承租人签订补偿安置协议，该房屋内的其他居住人，虽然也享有被拆迁房屋的补偿安置利益，但无权和拆迁人签订补偿安置协议。
