释义	法律分析：已婚人员与他人公开同居是违法的，涉嫌重婚，触犯刑法。重婚罪是指有配偶又与他人结婚，或者明知他人有配偶而与之结婚的行为。对于重婚的，不仅要解除其重婚关系，还应当追究犯罪者的刑事责任。且重婚的婚姻是无效的。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一千零五十一条有下列情形之一的，婚姻无效：（一）重婚；（二）有禁止结婚的亲属关系；（三）未到法定婚龄。《中华人民共和国刑法》第二百五十八条有配偶而重婚的，或者明知他人有配偶而与之结婚的，处二年以下有期徒刑或者拘役。
