释义	租房信息不能重复提交，也就是说租赁期限不能重合，同一年度不能有两个或者多个租赁合同。在提交租赁信息时，已经提交过相关的信息不用重复提交。之前已经填过的租房信息里的起止时间不能重复某个时间段，要么修改之前的租房信息里的起止时间，要么新填写的按原来的时间往下接着填，否则则会出现“租赁起止时间不可交叉”的情况。《中华人民共和国民法典》第七百零五条租赁期限不得超过二十年。超过二十年的，超过部分无效。租赁期限届满，当事人可以续订租赁合同；但是，约定的租赁期限自续订之日起不得超过二十年。
