释义	法律分析：一审终审是审级制度的一种。案件经过一级法院的审判即告终结。在实行一审终审制时，法院作出的判决、裁定一经送达即发生法律效力，成为确定的判决、裁定当事人或有关人员不得上诉。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民事诉讼法》第二百二十四条发生法律效力的民事判决、裁定，以及刑事判决、裁定中的财产部分，由第一审人民法院或者与第一审人民法院同级的被执行的财产所在地人民法院执行。法律规定由人民法院执行的其他法律文书，由被执行人住所地或者被执行的财产所在地人民法院执行。
