释义	合同一般自合同签订时生效。依法成立的书面合同，自合同成立时生效。但当事人对合同的效力可以约定附期限或者条件。附生效期限或条件的合同，自条件成就时或者期限到来时生效。法律依据《民法典》第一百六十条，民事法律行为可以附期限，但是根据其性质不得附期限的除外。附生效期限的民事法律行为，自期限届至时生效。附终止期限的民事法律行为，自期限届满时失效。
