释义	扫描了打印出来,就等于复印,不管你是用彩色复印还是黑白复印。只能当作复印件。代替不了原件。无效,没有法律作用。加盖公章的传真件是有效的，公章用打印是无效的。当事人向法院提供证据，应当优先提供原件或者原物，其次才能考虑复制件或复制品，但合同复印件加盖公章具有法律效力。《最高人民法院关于民事诉讼证据的若干规定》第十条当事人向人民法院提供证据应当提供原件或者原物。如需自己保存证据原件、原物或者提供原件、原物确有困难的可以提供经人民法院核对无异的复制件或者复制品。
