释义	《合同法》已经废止。现在是《民法典》的合同编。存在的目的;1、为了完善劳动合同制度，明确劳动合同双方当事人的权利和义务，保护劳动者的合法权益，构建和发展和谐稳定的劳动关系，制定本法。法律依据：《民法典》第四百六十三条本编调整因合同产生的民事关系。《民法典》第四百六十四条合同是民事主体之间设立、变更、终止民事法律关系的协议。婚姻、收养、监护等有关身份关系的协议，适用有关该身份关系的法律规定;没有规定的，可以根据其性质参照适用本编规定。
