释义	拘留暂缓执行的很少,一般都是立即执行。但在被拘留人员有病或者提出行政复议期间可以申请暂缓执行。在被执行者病好后或者行政复议被裁决维持原决定后就要执行拘留了。法律依据：《拘留所条例实施办法》第十九条：收拘时或者收拘后，拘留所发现被拘留人有下列情形之一的，应当出具建议停止执行拘留通知书，建议拘留决定机关作出停止执行拘留的决定：（一）患有精神病或者患有传染病需要隔离治疗的；（二）病情严重可能危及生命安全的；（三）生活不能自理的；（四）因病出所治疗，短期内无法治愈的。
