重庆重大疾病可以提取公积金吗 |

法律分析：可以提取。重庆职工或其直系亲属(配偶、子女、父母)患重大疾病造成家庭生活严重困难的可提取公积金。由单位或职工提供身份证原件、医院证明、住院收据、家庭生活困难证明、直系亲属还需提供亲属证明；在公积金提取中心办理，审批通过后，向关联账户提取转账。
法律依据：《重庆市住房补贴资金管理试行办法》第十七条符合下列条件的职工，可一次性提取结存的住房补贴本息：一达到国家法定离退休年龄的职工，凭人事局、劳动局颁发的本人《离休证》或《退休证》及本人《身份证》的复印件，经资金中心审查后，可一次性提取结存的住房补贴本息。二调离本市的职工，凭人事局、劳动局签章认可《重庆市职工调动报批表》和单位出具的工资关系介绍信或调函等有关证明文件的复印件，经资金中心审查后，可一次性提取结存的住房补贴本息。三出国、出境定居的职工，凭中华人民共和国因私普通护照，前往国出具的移民定居签证，公安机关出境管理部门出具的出国、出境前往港澳通行证或港澳身份证等证明文件复印件，经资金中心审查后，可一次性提取结存的住房补贴本息。四在职期间去世职工的合法继承人或受遗赠人，凭去世职工的火化证或公安派出所注销户口证明及继承人或受遗赠人的合法证明文件的复印件，经资金中心审查后，可一次性提取结存的住房补贴本息。
