释义	一、电子合同内容合法，签订电子合同是双方当事人真实意思表示的，则电子合同没有盖章，但有双方当事人签字的，该合同有效；二、不符合上述情况的，该合同无效。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一百四十六条行为人与相对人以虚假的意思表示实施的民事法律行为无效。以虚假的意思表示隐藏的民事法律行为的效力，依照有关法律规定处理。
