释义	法律分析：意思表示的撤销，是指意思表示到达对方之后、对方作出答复之前，表意人又向其发出通知以否认前一意思表示效力的行为。在合同法中，它仅指要约的撤销;承诺没有撤销问题，因为承诺根本不存在要求对方给予答复的问题。对于要约的撤销，大多数国家原则上是允许的，但一般都规定有些要约是不可以撤销的。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第一百四十一条行为人可以撤回意思表示。撤回意思表示的通知应当在意思表示到达相对人前或者与意思表示同时到达相对人。
