释义	中介不退意向金的，购房者可以向法院起诉要求退回意向金。意向金不同于定金是可以退回的。意向金是购买房屋的意向。在买方有购买意向后，委托中介公司以书面形式确定下来，并支付一定金额的意向金。是附条件的定金，如果买卖双方没有达成协议，中介公司应当将把意向金返还给买方。中介人未促成合同成立的，不得请求支付报酬；但是，可以按照约定请求委托人支付从事中介活动支出的必要费用。
