注册商标的保全期限有多长
释义
我国商标法规定注册商标的有效期为10年。注册商标有效期的计算应自商标核准注册之日起计算。所谓核准注册之日，即是核准注册公告之日。应注意，如果有提出异议，但经裁定异议不能成立而核准注册的，商标注册申请人取得商标专用权的时间自初审公告三个月期满之日起计算。商标保护期限自商标注册公告之日起十年，但期满之后，需要另外缴付费用，即可对商标予以续展，次数不限。续展要在规定的续展期内办理。

《商标法》第三十九，条注册商标的有效期为十年，自核准注册之日起计算。
