释义	法律分析：嫖娼，是指二人及二人以上,以金钱、财物为媒介，发生不正当性关系的行为。即非法的性交易，建立于金钱交易上的性关系。嫖娼在我国受到法律的禁止，卖淫、嫖娼属于违法行为。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第三十条严厉禁止卖淫、嫖宿暗娼以及介绍或者容留卖淫、嫖宿暗娼，违者处15日以下拘留、警告、责令具结悔过或者依照规定实行劳动教养，可以并处5000元以下罚款；构成犯罪的，依法追究刑事责任。嫖宿不满14岁幼女的，依照刑法第236条的规定，以强奸罪论处。
