一、办理房屋抵押登记需要什么手续
1、办理房屋抵押登记的手续有以下：
（1）提交所需证件抵押借款人需提供的证件；
（2）房产估价。据抵押物所在位置、楼层、面积、朝向等预估其大约价值；
（3）签署抵押借款合同。签订合同借款人和贷款人要都在场；
（4）到公证处公证借款抵押合同；
（5）办理房屋抵押权证。
2、法律依据：《房屋租赁管理办法》第十四条
房屋租赁合同订立后三十日内，房屋租赁当事人应当到租赁房屋所在地直辖市、市、县人民政府建设主管部门办理房屋租赁登记备案。 房屋租赁当事人可以书面委托他人办理租赁登记备案。
二、房产抵押登记需要的资料有哪些
办理房产抵押登记时，抵押当事人应提交下列资料：
1、房产主合同及抵押合同；
2、抵押当事人的身份证明或法人资格证明；
3、抵押登记申请书；
4、《国有土地使用证》、《房产所有权证》或《房地产权证》，共有的房产还须提交《房产共有权证》和其他共有人同意抵押的证明；
5、以预售的商品房作抵押的，须提交生效的商品房预售合同；
6、可以证明抵押人有权设定抵押权的文件与证明材料；
7、可以证明抵押房地产价值的材料；如有效的房地产评估报告；
8、登记机关认为必要的其他文件。
