释义	法律分析: 不少省份都有规定，公办高中和省级示范中学不允许招收复读生，但对于私立高中是没有规定的，因此想要复读还是可以的。法律依据: 《关于加强基础教育办学管理若干问题的通知》第七条当前，一些地方公办学校招收高中毕业生复读的现象有增加的趋势，使本来已经短缺的高中教育资源更趋紧张，也影响普通高中实施素质教育。各级教育行政部门要加强管理和引导。为扩大普通高中招生规模，从2003年秋季开学起，各地公办高中不得占用学校正常的教育资源举办高中毕业生复读班，也不得招收高中毕业生插班复读。
