2021年广西社保基数及缴费标准表 |

法律分析：广西养老保险缴费基数 8月31日，南宁市人力资源和社会保障局公布2020年灵活就业人员养老保险缴费基数表，月缴费金额最低为591.1元、最高为3153.9元。缴费人员可从上下限之间的9个档次中选择一档缴费。根据自治区人力资源社会保障厅、自治区财政厅印发的通知，广西2020年企业职工基本养老保险缴费基数下限与2019年保持一致，为2955.1元/月，上限则为15769.5元/月。南宁市的企业职工缴费基数上下限，也据此执行。根据有关规定，参加企业职工基本养老保险的灵活就业人员，其基本养老保险缴费比例为缴费基数的20%。这次调整后，灵活就业人员缴费基数最新标准分为9个档次，需缴费的灵活就业人员可从中选择一档缴纳。

第 一条 待遇计发基数。2020年我区职工基本养老保险待遇计发基数为5889元/月，即计算职工基本养老保险待遇涉及到“全区上年度城镇单位在岗职工平均工资”时，使用该数值计算。
第二条 缴费基数上下限标准。2020年职工基本养老保险缴费基数，按上年全区全口径城镇单位就业人员平均工资63078元（5256.5元/月），作为核定缴费基数上下限的指标，其中缴费基数上限为15769.5元/月，机关事业单位基本养老保险缴费基数下限为3153.9元/月，企业职工基本养老保险缴费基数下限为2955.1元/月。
