释义	法律分析: 现役军人家庭是没有光荣牌得,因为光荣牌只会颁给烈士家属,或者是立功的军人。一般的现役军人是没有光荣牌的。法律依据: 《中国人民解放军现役士兵服役条例》第二条现役士兵是依照法律规定，经兵役机关批准服现役，并依照本条例规定被授予相应军衔的义务兵和士官。第五条公民依照法律规定，在中国人民解放军履行兵役义务，必须经县级兵役机关批准。士兵服现役的时间，自兵役机关批准服现役之日起，至部队下达退役命令之日止计算。第六条义务兵服现役的期限为2年。
