释义	法律分析：根据国家市场监督管理局的规定，企业需要在每年的一月一日到六月三十号之前，填报企业年报，并在全国信用公示系统中公示。如果过期企业没有报送年报，会被列入经营异常名录。如果三年内没有补报年报的，会被列入严重失信企业黑名单，会影响企业法人的个人信用。法律依据：《企业信息公示暂行条例》第八条企业应当于每年1月1日至6月30日，通过企业信用信息公示系统向工商行政管理部门报送上一年度年度报告，并向社会公示。
