释义	法律分析：私立学校签署的劳动合同除了竞业禁止和培训期可以约定违约金，其他的情况一律不得约定违约金。就算约定了也是不合法的，无效的。如果确有劳动者违约的，需要依法支付对应的违约金。但是除了竞业禁止和培训期以外，其他情况下签署的合同约定了违约金，劳动者不需要赔偿。这种情况也是违背了我国法律的。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》第二十五条除本法第二十二条和第二十三条规定的情形外，用人单位不得与劳动者约定由劳动者承担违约金。
