释义	法律分析：能，缓刑是指给予一定的考验期，暂时不执行刑罚，公安机关进行考察，基层组织予以配合，犯人接受考验的刑罚。法院判处犯罪分子缓刑后，法院有义务告知犯罪分子的父母和用人单位单位。用人单位知道后，也可以根据《劳动合同法》的法规，决定是否与被判缓刑的人员解除劳动合同。用人单位可以跟犯罪分子解除劳动关系，也可以选择和犯罪分子继续保持劳务关系。法律依据：《中华人民共和国刑事诉讼法》第二百六十九条对被判处管制、宣告缓刑、假释或者暂予监外执行的罪犯，依法实行社区矫正，由社区矫正机构负责执行。
