释义	承诺，在商务尤其是国际商务中又称“接盘”，是指受要约人同意要约的意思表示。承诺应当在要约确定的期限内到达要约人。承诺应与要约的内容一致。凡受要约人对要约的内容作了实质性的变更或修改的，都不构成承诺，而只是一个新的要约。承诺也可以撤回，但撤回承诺的通知必须于承诺到达要约人之前或与承诺同时到达要约人。
