释义	法律分析：不可以补办。当事人住院发票，是当事人住院治疗，医疗机构收费时开具的收费凭证。该发票由财政部门商卫生部门统一制定，由省级以上财政部门监制的，具有唯一性。丢失的，不可以补办。但可以复印，加盖医疗机构印章可作为证据适用。不过，一些保险机构可能不会单凭此支付保险费用。法律依据：《中华人民共和国发票管理办法》第二十三条开具发票应当按照规定的时限、顺序，逐栏、全部联次一次性如实开具，并加盖单位财务印章或者发票专用章。
