释义	法律分析：不能，虽然婚前检查的项目有很多，但是婚检还是不能代替孕前检查，部分重叠的一些项目可以减少，婚检的主要目的是对严重的遗传性疾病、指定的传染病、有关的神经疾病以及其他跟婚育有关的疾病进行检查，一般婚检到孕前检查间隔时间比较长，身体状况有可能有所变化，所以不能代替孕检。法律依据：《中华人民共和国母婴保健法》第八条婚前医学检查包括对下列疾病的检查：（一）严重遗传性疾病；（二）指定传染病；（三）有关精神病。经婚前医学检查，医疗保健机构应当出具婚前医学检查证明。
