释义	法律分析: 独立法人是相对于民法上“自然人”的概念提出的，是法律所创设的主体。相比较而言，我国的事业单位法人难以等同于国外法人中的哪一种，若从法人举办目的、举办主体、活动范围等方面分析，事业单位法人类似于国外的公法人或公益社团法人。法律依据: 《中华人民共和国公司法》第三条公司是企业法人，有独立的法人财产，享有法人财产权。公司以其全部财产对公司的债务承担责任。
