释义	法律分析：要约撤回发生在要约到达(或刚刚到达)受要约人之前，而要约撤销则发生在要约已经到达受要约人，受要约人尚未发出承诺通知之前。法律依据：《中华人民共和国民法典》第四百七十五条要约可以撤回。要约的撤回适用本法第一百四十一条的规定。第一百四十一条行为人可以撤回意思表示。撤回意思表示的通知应当在意思表示到达相对人前或者与意思表示同时到达相对人。
