释义	法律分析：所谓单方解除权，是指当事人依法享有的，无需对方当事人同意而单方决定解除劳动合同的权力。单方解除权性质上为形成权，即不须有对方当事人同意便可发生法律效力的权利。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》第三十六条用人单位与劳动者协商一致，可以解除劳动合同。第三十七条劳动者提前三十日以书面形式通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同。劳动者在试用期内提前三日通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同。
