释义	法律分析：注销营业执照可以找人代办。但如果不是自己本人去的，必须要有委托书和营业执照上负责人的身份证明与代办人的身份证明，不然是办不了注销手续的。注销个体工商户营业执照，应当到办理个体工商户营业执照的工商所办理注销手续。法律依据：《个体工商户登记管理办法》第十二条个人经营的，以经营者本人为申请人；家庭经营的，以家庭成员中主持经营者为申请人。委托代理人申请注册、变更、注销登记的，应当提交申请人的委托书和代理人的身份证明或者资格证明。
