释义	法律分析：不提前通知。单位无须提前通知不续签，但单位应当在解除或者终止劳动合同之日起7日内为劳动者出具解除或者终止劳动关系的有效证明。劳动者可以凭有效的证明材料，直接办理失业登记手续。你就可以领取失业保障金。如果单位未按时办理上述证明的，视为劳动合同继续履行，应当按照规定支付经济补偿金。法律依据：《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》第三十七条劳动者提前三十日以书面形式通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同。劳动者在试用期内提前三日通知用人单位，可以解除劳动合同。
