释义	法律分析：《中华人民共和国企业破产法》第二十一条的解释如下：人民法院受理破产申请后，有关债务人的民事诉讼，只能向受理破产申请的人民法院提起。一般情况下，人民法院受理破产申请后，已经开始而尚未终结的有关债务人的民事诉讼或者仲裁应当中止。在管理人接管债务人的财产后，该诉讼或者仲裁继续进行。法律依据：《中华人民共和国企业破产法》第二十一条人民法院受理破产申请后，有关债务人的民事诉讼，只能向受理破产申请的人民法院提起。
