释义	法律分析: 为加强征兵工作制度化、规范化建设，保障公民依法履行兵役义务，保证新兵质量，根据《中华人民共和国兵役法》和《征兵工作条例》的有关规定，结合重庆实际，制定本规定。法律依据: 《重庆市征兵工作若干规定》第五条各级人民政府征兵办公室应当严格执行国家和本市有关征兵工作规定，公开征集条件和程序，设立举报信箱和监督电话，接受社会监督。第六条各地区和各单位应当向广大青年进行爱国主义、革命英雄主义和依法服兵役的教育，认真做好应征公民的思想政治工作，鼓励他们为保卫社会主义祖国积极应征。
