释义	法律分析: 没有主合同是不能出担保函的。担保函是指银行、保险公司、担保公司或个人应申请人的请求，向第三方开立的一种书面信用担保凭证。由于担保合同是主合同的从合同，所以没有主合同的，一般不能出担保函。法律依据:《《中华人民共和国民法典》》第六百八十二条【保证合同的从属性及保证合同无效的法律后果】保证合同是主债权债务合同的从合同。主债权债务合同无效的，保证合同无效，但是法律另有规定的除外。保证合同被确认无效后，债务人、保证人、债权人有过错的，应当根据其过错各自承担相应的民事责任。
