释义	一、社保养老金如何计算社保养老金计算公式每年确定一个基数，这个基数为上年月平均工资(收入)，然后按个人8%，公司20%的比例缴纳养老金，个人的8%全部进入个人帐户，公司的20%有一小部分(本人的是3%)也转入个人帐户，相当于按基数的11%入个人帐户。剩下的17%则归入社会上的社保基金。而我们若干年后退休了，所得到的养老金数额算法如下：退休那年的上一年度的社会平均工资(注意：是社会平均工资)的20%加上退休时养老金个人帐户总额除以120。
